Ich habe mir das Fiido Titan nach langer Überlegung vor einer Woche geholt. Anfangs war ich etwas unsicher, da mir das klassische Design eigentlich besser gefiel und ich herausgefunden hatte, dass nur noch das neue Design geliefert wird. Ich habe mich dann aber doch dafür entschieden – mit dem Plan, es irgendwann einfach selbst zu folieren, um die Optik ganz nach meinen Vorstellungen anzupassen. Rückblickend war das die beste Entscheidung ever!
Es ist ein wirklich tolles Bike, fühlt sich beim Fahren gar nicht schwer an und hat eine sehr solide Reichweite. Bei anderen E-Bikes musste ich oft im höchsten Turbo-Modus fahren, aber beim Titan reicht mir der Normal- oder Sport-Modus völlig aus. Richtig cool fand ich auch die Reaktion von Fiido: Ich hatte angemerkt, dass online teilweise noch das alte Design gezeigt wird – und siehe da, in den neuesten Newslettern wurde das Logo bereits angepasst!
Noch ein kurzer Hinweis für alle in der EU, die sich Sorgen machen: Ich bin schon mehrmals an Polizisten vorbeigefahren und wurde nie angehalten. Das Fahrrad hält sich an das EU-Gesetz und regelt bei 25 km/h ab. Schade? Ja, anfangs wollte ich auch lieber das schnellere, aber glaubt mir, vielleicht ist es besser so. Unfälle passieren, und lieber habe ich einen Unfall, bei dem ich 25 km/h fahre, als mit 50 km/h.
Nach nur wenigen Tagen habe ich schon über 150 km auf dem Tacho. Früher war ich ein stolzer Couch-Potato, heute freue ich mich auf jede freie Minute mit meinem Bike. Das Einzige, was ich wirklich bereue: Dass ich mir nicht direkt die Variante mit den zwei Zusatzakkus gekauft habe!

I was somewhat skeptical about electric bikes for a long time, but that has completely changed after my experience with this one.

My first impression came when I opened the box and saw a substantial, well-built bicycle with an exceptionally strong frame. Despite its robust construction, it still maintains a premium and elegant appearance, enhanced by the tasteful wooden accents on the rear section.

During assembly, I was slightly surprised by the weight, which is somewhat higher than I would personally prefer. However, once on the road, the bike feels remarkably smooth and easy to handle. Even without electric assistance, it rides effortlessly and provides a comfortable cycling experience.

The real highlight became apparent when I began riding on rough and challenging terrain. No matter how demanding the conditions were, the bike handled everything with ease, delivering impressive power and stability. The suspension is exceptionally comfortable, making even longer journeys enjoyable. The only feature I would have liked is a slightly higher top speed, as it is limited to 15 mph.

The battery performance is another major strength. Even when using Turbo+ mode, the bike is capable of covering impressive distances without concern about running out of power. On one ride, I achieved over 80 miles in Turbo+ mode across extremely demanding terrain that required continuous high-power output. This demonstrates that the manufacturer's mileage claims are realistic rather than exaggerated.

The braking system is equally impressive, responding immediately when needed and providing confidence in situations that require sudden stops due to unexpected obstacles. Overall, the bike offers an excellent level of safety, comfort, and performance.

The only notable drawback is its weight. In certain situations, especially when maneuvering at low speeds or when stationary, the bike can feel quite heavy and may be more challenging to balance.

Overall, this is an outstanding electric bike that combines power, comfort, reliability, and genuine long-range capability, making it an excellent choice for both everyday riding and demanding off-road adventures.

Anche se è considerata una fat bike per trekking si adatta alla perfezione anche in città, sia su manto stradale rovinato e/o scivoloso sia salendo e scendendo dai marciapiedi.
Agile anche in percorsi stretti e curvi e non risente tanto nelle salite.
Guidata subito dopo un nubifragio con pozzanghere che superavano la metà dell'altezza delle ruote, non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà anzi è stata perfetta rispetto ad altre city bike e monopattini.
La consiglio vivamente.

made a 40km test drive, steep hills in the woods and harsh platform but this thing went like a train, thinking of buying the battery rack thing with the extra batteries so i could go for a good long journey.
