Will spokes need to be exchanged frequently?

The Fiido E-Bike features a one-piece wheel design, eliminating the need for regular inspections and replacement of spokes.

Do I need to buy a battery rack when purchasing an extended battery?

We recommend purchasing a battery rack for easier transport of additional batteries. However, if you have other carrying methods, such as bags, buying the battery separately is fine.

Why does a single battery provide a range of 135km, while three batteries provide 400km๏ผŸ

This data is based on testing. Adding extra batteries increases the bike's weight, which in turn increases the load on the battery pack, affecting the overall range.

What certifications does this product have?

This E-bike has already obtained EN15194, UN38.3 and MSDS certifications, ensuring your riding safety.

Do I need to insure this E-bike?

Insurance policies vary by country. We recommend consulting your local insurance provider to confirm whether purchasing insurance is necessary.

What are the dimensions of the child seat? Can you recommend some child seat brands?

For the Fiido Titan's rear rack, it is recommended to install a child seat that is 17 cm to 20 cm wide and can carry a weight of up to 25 kg. Most child seats are generally designed for this weight. 1. Where can I place the extra batteries on the bike?

An exclusive rack that can hold two additional batteries can be purchased separately, providing a range of up to 400 km (248 miles).

2.Is the display easy to repair and replace?

3.What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido mate smartwatch or Fiido App๏ผŸ

Connecting to the Fiido Mate or app allows you to start the bike, monitor real-time data like heart rate and blood oxygen, and share cycling insights globally.

4.Why can i unlock the bike with the proximity dunction via the watch,but the app can't?

The app may be forced into sleep by background processes, causing bugs. Hence, proximity unlock is not available through the app but works via the smartwatch.

Great bike

Faulty item

I have spent a lot of money on this E bike and the headlamp has gone from intermittent, partially working, but inconsistent and puzzling, to completely dead. I am awaiting help and have responded to the online advice and forms. So, hopefully this crucial issue will be resolved - and I can then cycle to work in the twilight as intended - but until then I am utterly broke and at the mercy of a response.

Solid bike overall

I have ridden this bike mostly in normal mode when riding and found that it would probably go at least 50-60miles overall on one charge, although I haven't pushed above 30ish miles one one trip before charging again so far.
The torque sensor is great, the more you push the more the motor powers and the power delivery is near instant. I'm considering a second battery to open up longer rides, but it is a hefty cost. The brakes were also an initial concern, but they seem to be holding out so far, and it's nice to see the additional set of pads included with the bike in case the first set go too fast. They're also a standard size so most stored carry them for a small cost.
There were a couple of smaller issues with the building of the bike, such as the rear mudguard bolt not being tightened from the factory, leading to a mystery rattle for a while and the need to fully remove the rear wheel (and motor) just to get to it for tightening. There were also a few bolt holes in the bike which were still very rough and needed a fair amount of persuasion to get the relevant bolts in. The stock handgrips are also good enough, but not great, and I'd usually expect palm rests for the price.
The gearing is smooth and was nicely tuned from the factory and the tyres are also a big plus point, being grippy but also smoothing out surfaces.
The biggest plus of the bike is just how solid it feels when riding. Now everything is tightened where it should be and the tyres are correctly inflated it really does feel solid and premium when riding. I've been excited to get out regularly and hit the trails and it hasn't let me down so far.
The small manufacturing issues and the apparent discrepancy of range move it from 5 to 4 stars, but for the price it does punch above it's weight in the UK market.
