I pre-ordered the Fiido Titan in September and got it in December (a month late). The bike was amazing for the first monthโsuper fun and powerful. But then the problems started.
In January, the motor began failing (torque sensor errors). Fiido support was polite and helpful via email and sent a replacement part after I sent videos, but it took over two weeks to arrive. I got it repaired, got refunded for the cost after some back and forth, and things worked againโbriefly.
By March, I was getting E1 & E2 errors constantly, and the bike became nearly unusable. Iโd pedal, and the motor would cut out, or worse, it would suddenly go full speed without warning. Support sent more parts (throttle, display, controller), which I installed myself. Instructions werenโt 100% accurate, so that added to the headache.
Even after all that, the issues kept coming back. Over the last six months, Iโve spent more time emailing support, waiting for parts, and fixing things than actually riding. It honestly felt like being a beta tester.
Lately, during the summer, itโs working more often, so I think the cold weather makes it worse.
Support never charged me for parts and always replied professionally, but the bike just hasnโt been reliable.
TL;DR:
Fiido Titan was great for the first month, but it's had recurring motor and sensor issues ever since. Support was polite and sent parts for free, but delivery was slow and the bike was unreliable most of the time. Between waiting for support, part delays, and a bike that rarely worked properly, I spent more time dealing with problems than enjoying it.
