I am a big fan of the bike. I think its excellent. The delivery time was quick and the service provided to deliver the bike were spot on. The overall build quality of the bike is impressive.
I personally had an issue with a single component on the bike and after a couple emails back and forth to diagnose the problem Fiido have sent me out a replacement piece. The customer service rep I got to speak to, Zed, was a pleasure to speak with and replied extremely quick to every email. Zed gave me step by step instruction to try and fix the issue and when we realised it needed replaced Zed agreed to send me out the replacement. This is the type of customer service most companies wish to have. 10/10.
My only issue is the mobile app. It doesn't quite seem finished and I haven't been able to connect my Fiido mate due to it crashing every time I try. This however does not affect how the bike rides at all. I would also like a way to be able to update the bike through ios as I had to borrow a phone to update it through android.
So overall;
Bike - Amazing
Build quality - Perfect
Customer server - 10/10
Fiido app - Could do with being looked at
