Yes, indeed. The battery is hidden in the seat tube, making it less obvious.
What is the battery capacity?
The battery has a capacity of 11.6 Ah. Thanks to Fiido's patent, the battery capacity can reach 11.6 Ah in such a compact size.
Can I remove the battery for charging?
Certainly. Simply remove the seat tube, and you can take the D11 anywhere.
Where is the motor?
The motor is cleverly hidden in the rear wheel thanks to Fiido's special design.
Does the bike have enough power to climb hills?
With a torque of 35 Nm (25.8 lb-ft) from the 250W brushless gear motor, you can effortlessly tackle steep hills.
How much does the entire bike weigh?
Weighing just 17.5 kg (38.6 lbs), the D11 is currently the lightest 20-inch e-bike on the market.
Is it easy to fold?
You only need 3 simple steps to fold or unfold the e-bike, and you can push it forward after folding to save space.
Can I ride it in the rain?
Yes, the D11 is waterproof up to IP54. However, riding in heavy rain is not recommended for safety reasons. Please avoid submerging the e-bike in water or cleaning it with a high-pressure cleaner to prevent water ingress and damage to the electronic components and wiring. If you do ride through puddles or standing water, ensure the water level doesn't exceed the hub to avoid motor damage. Do not wash the motor with a high-pressure water jet to prevent damage to electronic components and wiring due to moisture.
Does winter affect its range?
Li-ion battery activity decreases in low temperatures, which can affect overall performance. However, the battery's performance returns to normal once the temperature rises.
What certifications does this product have?
This E-bike has already obtained UN38.3, MSDS, FCC, and CE certifications, ensuring your riding safety.
Do I need to insure this E-bike?
Insurance policies vary by country. We recommend consulting your local insurance provider to confirm whether purchasing insurance is necessary.

Normal orders take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Is it easy to replace accessories by myself?
In general, you can replace e-bike accessories yourself if you can handle simple bicycle problems.
Why can't I buy it?
Fiido currently supports a limited number of sales areas, with overseas warehouses in the United States and Europe, and we are exploring expansion into more regions. Please stay tuned.

The package includes mudguards, a charger, a UK adapter, a stand, an open-end wrench, and a hex key.
Does it need assembly upon receipt?
The D11's entire frame is fully assembled before it leaves the factory.
